1. Returns
Due to the nature of chocolate and temperature-sensitive products, we do not accept returns after delivery unless:
- The product is damaged
- You received an incorrect item
- The product is expired upon arrival
All return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order.
2. Refunds
Refunds are issued only in the following cases:
- The order cannot be fulfilled
- The product is out of stock
- A valid return claim has been approved
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
3. Replacement
If an item arrives damaged:
- We may replace the item
- Or issue store credit
- Or provide a partial or full refund
You must provide photos or proof of the damage.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Opened products
- Melted items due to improper storage by the customer
- Products purchased on sale
