1. Returns

Due to the nature of chocolate and temperature-sensitive products, we do not accept returns after delivery unless:

  • The product is damaged
  • You received an incorrect item
  • The product is expired upon arrival

All return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order.


2. Refunds

Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

  • The order cannot be fulfilled
  • The product is out of stock
  • A valid return claim has been approved

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.


3. Replacement

If an item arrives damaged:

  • We may replace the item
  • Or issue store credit
  • Or provide a partial or full refund

You must provide photos or proof of the damage.


4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened products
  • Melted items due to improper storage by the customer
  • Products purchased on sale
